What is SchoolLift
SchoolLIFT is a free crowdfunding platform built specifically for South African schools. It helps schools raise money for specific, tangible projects — like classroom upgrades, sports equipment, tech resources, remedial teachers, or cultural programs.
It’s similar to BackaBuddy, but fully geared towards school communities and backed by years of insight into education and social development.
Why It Matters
Kronendal turns 125 years old in 2026, and we want to mark this milestone not just with celebration, but with action.
While our learners dream big, limited funding often holds them back. Through SchoolLIFT, we can now work together to fund specific school needs — and show learners that their community cares.
Whether it’s a new set of blazers, lights for the sports field, or help for struggling learners — every project counts. Every contribution counts.
